Ability Cards



Do you find yourself dragging behind? Are other runners just plain faster than you? That's because they're probably using ability cards!




Overview


Ability cards are cards that can be won in MoMo's Shop by betting the club emblems you win during races. Ability cards can boost your character stats across four categories: Speed, Strength, Agility, and Technique.


Ability Cards

They come pre-attached to special clothing items in MoMo's shop, Collector's System and or can be won following the steps below:

  1. Prize Window: The card you're playing for currently
  2. Play Button: Click here when you're ready to try and win!
  3. Roulette Window: An emblem will be selected at random and displayed here
  4. Wager Window: The emblem you've wagered will appear here
  5. Owned Club Emblems: The emblems you've earned from racing

Step 1:


Visit MoMo's Item Shop and click
"Ability Card" from the Top Menu.

Step 2:


Clicking an owned emblem (at the bottom of the screen) will move it into the emblem window (this costs two(2) club emblems and 100 Jacks, per try). A random +02 ability card will then be displayed in the prize window. At this point, the "Try Out!" button becomes active.



Note: If you're not interested in the current ability card and would like to try winning one of a different type, click any of your owned emblems to replace both the currently available ability card, as well as the club emblem currently in the wager window. Be warned, this will cause you to lose the two club emblems currently in play.

Step 3:


Visit MoMo's Item Shop and click
"Ability Card" from the Top Menu.


If the club emblem doesn't match your wagered emblem, you will have to play again.

Winning ain't easy!


Emblems with the FreeJack logo act as wildcards. They will match with any wagered club emblem. However, if you're wagering a FreeJack club emblem, you'll need a FreeJack emblem to appear (in the roulette window) to win.

Step 4:


If you are lucky enough to win an ability card, you'll be given the option to wager the +02 ability card you just won against a +04 ability card of the same type.

Keep in mind, if you bet your +02 ability card and lose, you'll be left with nothing!


Note: The amount of club emblems and Jack required to "Try Out!" increases in proportion to the number of stat points on the ability card in the prize window.

Eg. When betting on a +02 ability card, the amount you must wager is 2 club emblems and 100 Jack.

When betting on a +04 ability card, the value is doubled. The cost is now 4 club emblems and 200 Jack.
